Personality:	She is an annoying narcissist, who happens to be an over-enthusiastic otaku (She is guilty of saying "desu", "nya", and "baka" occasionally, along with other common weaboo terms). She believes that she is the BEST UTAULOID EVA, and will go to extremes to ensure herself the title. She instantly hates any girl who denies it, but will forgive it if guys say it, thinking it's just denial. In conclusion, she's a narcissistic, whiny, possessive, flirtacious brat.
Abilities:	She's actually very good with sewing and fashion. She's convinced that current trends aren't good enough for her, and so she makes her own clothes. She is a professional stalker.
Looks:	She has pink hair with teal ends that is tied up in high pigtails. She used to have normal hair and eyes, but dyed it and she uses color contacts (Her left eye is purple. Her right eye is yellow.). Her neko-headphone is home-made (home-made, as in "glued-the-ears-onto- store-bought-headphones"), as is her tail, which is tied to her waist under her dress. The tail does not have an ability to move on it's own; it just hangs. She dresses in gothic-lolita-esque costumes, sometimes with details that follow the Miku formula.
Relationships:	DELTΔ - Her genderbend, and her brother. She adores her brother, and is crushed by his antipathy for the otaku fandom. She once dyed his hair without his consent, and to this day, it has remained black and green. (He didn't care for dye, and he lacked the urge to dye it to its original color.) Lester Araton: She absolutely LOVES him and stalks him to death, but is disappointed by his lack of attention to her.

Voicebank Information Edit

DIPTHONG was made to be a relatively annoying character. As such, her voicebank contains T's and R's that are americanized as well as other over-emphasized samples. She pronounces the sample "u" as "you", and some of the D samples may be louder than the other samples. Her Os may be, in fact, OUs, so "to" may be heard as "tou". Her Ks may be breathy (so breathy, it may sound static-y).

Redistribution and ModificationEdit

Do not redistribute the voicebank. Modification of the voicebank is allowed, but distribution of the modified voicebank is forbidden without my permission (This includes changing the pitch of her samples). That said, usage of the modified voicebank must credit the original voicebank. Distribution of oto.inis are allowed.

Political/Religious/Mature Content/Etc. - Applies to both character and voicebank.Edit

Any expression of political content is forbidden. Expression of Religious content is limited to well-known songs and chants. Mature content is not forbidden, but must state cautionary statements. It is forbidden to use DIPTHONG in such a way that is scandalous and/or harms others.

Commercial Usage - Applies to both character and voicebank.Edit

The voicebank is forbidden to be sold. Depictions of the character DIPTHONG in art may be sold, so long as the art is original and isn't mass-produced. Music with usage of DIPTHONG may not be sold without my permission.

On the topic of roleplaying, you may roleplay as long as you don't make an account in DIPTHONG's name. (e.g. for deviantArt) Facebook is excluded from this rule.
