The Freebsoft Voices are Free as in Freedom (GPL V3) voices that work with UTAU and other synthesizers such as lauloid. They don't have artwork yet, but their voices are usable in UTAU.
Kero-Chan is based on krb, WORLDEFB is based on dita, and Machpoid is based on on machac. The original freebsoft voices do not support Japanese, only Czech is supported. The UTAUloids do only support Japanese with romaji, for other languages some phonemes are missing.
The GPL does allow commerical use.
Machpoid was voiced by Pavel Machač.
