Tsuchiya Haruko (土屋晴子 (つちやはるこ)) is a voicebank for the UTAU program.

Haruka is on the milder side of the tsundere scale. She is pictured as easily irritated, but kind-hearted underneath. She cares for people greatly and would die for her friends. She's self-conscious about her height.
