Joker has currently two ACT's, with only one available to download. His voice is quite soft with a breathy feel to it. His samples, unfortunately, do contain some background noise (birds, wind etc.) but they are still understandable. His ACT2 bank is clearer than the first and with the suggested flags, sounds very good.
