| PERSONALITY: When Kira was young he took care of Tsukiko after their parents abandoned them and became her permanent guardian untill Nel came along. After Tsukiko and Nel got toghether Tsukiko never came home and refused to be around Kira. Kira now hates Nel for "taking his little sister away from him",he disapproves strongly of their relationship. When Kira's not trying to get Tsukiko to move back in with him and trying to beat up Nel, he spends his time playing his violin, cleaning, and hanging out with NOI-Z.
