PERSONALITY: Having been impossibly born on February 29th in a non-leap year, Noelle is blessed with supernatural magical abilities. She has since devoted herself to becoming a top-tier witch, and won't let anything stand in her way. She's ruthlessly determined and not above manipulating others to get what she wants, and overall behaves like a spoiled brat. Despite that, she has a few people she respects greatly- usually other magic users. She often declares herself to be the apprentice of more experienced magic users and demands to be taught everything they know, and pouts when she doesn't get her way. Because of her brash personality, Noelle has very few friends.

Noelle has a vivid, childish voice that is well-suited to most genres, and has clear sample quality. She is easy to use with minimum extra work in tuning, though she sounds her best with fresamp.exe and flags F1 Y0 H10 C90, as well as g-1~3 if the song requires it. bkh01.exe can also be used in certain songs, as it creates a sweet, airy tone.
