Kanipan has two voicebanks; one of a male and one of a female. Kanipan has the aesthetics of a female, but is said to be bisexual, androgynous or hermaphrodite. The voicebanks are exclusively in Kana, so conversion to Romaji may be needed for western users. Kanipan can be downloaded from the homepage linked above.
