1. General Provisions
   1. This voicebank and other voicebanks of Koumi series (hereinafter referred to as "Koumi voicebanks" collectively) are open to anybody regardless of commercial or non-commercial purposes. Yet the usage shall be limited to Vocal Synthesizer Tool UTAU, which was developed by Ameya/Ayame.
   2. Kohigashi, provider of Koumi voicebanks, shall not be liable to any incidents, loss and/or damage during usage.
2. Processing
   1. Make sure to notify the author Kohigashi in advance when redistributing Koumi voicebanks.
      1. The only exception is when the official website is down and the author Kohigashi is unreachable.
   2. No limitation is imposed on modifying Kohigashi voicebanks as necessary. It is still expected that the modified voicebanks shall comply with the utilization purpose of Koumi voicebanks.
   3. When distributing the processed banks, write it clearly that the original voicebanks came from Koumi voicebanks.
3. Publication of Works
   1. The names of the Koumi voicebanks shall be written on the works using Koumi voicebanks when broadcasting music and movies on stream sites and/or distributing in mediums such as CD.
   2. Prior/after acknowledgment is not necessarily required when publishing or distributing works without charge.
   3. Make sure to notify the author in advance when using Koumi voicebanks for commercial purpose.
   4. Using Koumi voicebanks in the way of violating laws and ordinances is strictly forbidden. (Especially copyright violation. Pay close attention when covering and broadcasting the existing songs.)
   5. Using Koumi voicebanks for the works which include violent, sexual, religious and/or political content is forbidden.
